Very smooth, suave

The best ashvaghanda ever. I take it with balance beej in milk. But best in milk alone before bed. Effects, more mucilage in morning. Acids like coffee along with choorna seem to eliminate effect. Why combine with shilajeet, which is acidic, humic, fulvic... I like with shatavari, bala, kava maybe. Overall best flavor and texture ashvaghanda I've ever tasted.

Electuary

I haven't tried this product, but it's strikingly similar to chyawanprash, or which I am a big fan, that is when I can't get good oil, honey, amla...anyhow, it looks delicious and I will try it soon. Why no saleb mishri, aka salam panja? Is it because it's 400$ an English pound! Regardless, it's a good looking electuary.
