I have not received the item I purchased. Even after trying to resolve the issue with eBay, they are refusing to provide a refund. I have lost trust in eBay and will not be making any future purchases from them. I will also be informing my friends and family about the risks of buying items from eBay. If I had purchased the item from Amazon, this situation would never have occurred. It's disappointing that eBay doesn't value a loyal customer like me.
