Relaxing
If you are a tense or hyperactive sort, these come in handy to fidget. They also provide a mild massage for the fingers. Either way, you can put these in with a gift and create wonder and awe.

Very Informative
This is a very comprehensive presentation of the Hyperbaric (HBOT) concept of treatment. Numerous examples are well cited providing ample opportunity to pursue the subject further.
However, this is written from the Australian medical/insurance aspect which slightly skews the relevancy of some of the examples.
All-in-all, this is the best presentation of the information that I have seen after reading several sources.

A little goes a long way
If you are still spinning vinyl records, you need to maintain the stylus to minimize record wear. This stuff fits the bill and then some. A little goes a long way.
