EX: Grip area is rough, worn, while the rest of the stick is fairly smooth as though a newer finish; "Brazos" tag on leather strap is separated into 2 pieces. If you cannot replace with a "New" stick, then merely refund the full payment.

Completely worthless!
It was junk, unusable. Replaced it with usable rapid charger!

Excellent phone
2 of 2 found this helpful Contrary to hot stylez's unique impression, this particular phone is not refurbished, in fact has maybe two months of light use. Also the Cingular box, excellent condition, is not shown in the listing. This D357 is so easy to use, Bluetooth, on and on. Enjoy this phone, one of the most popular cell phones on the market.
