Great Upgrade for Older Maglites
1 of 1 found this helpful After purchasing a competitors bulb with much dissapointment, I purchased two of these to finish upgrading two old Maglites I had, one the son gave me and another found in a dumpster! Leaking stuck batteries. After installing these had a slightly better formed bright spot than the factory D Maglite Led's. They also put out slightly more spill to see surrounding areas. I upgraded a 4D Cell (dumpster Mag) & 5C cell and they out perform the factory led by a good 10-15%. I did have to dremel the C cell retaining collar to enlarge and also the switch bulb sleeve (shorten 16th inch), to drop the bulb deeper into the switch and back down the reflector, that way you don 't have to screw the reflector out as much to get the spot. The 4 D cell it dropped right in and focused great. If you have some of the rare 4-5-6 cell maglites, buy this, install it, you'll love it.

This is the original Losi 8e body that came with them new.
It's a pretty thick body with large vent holes already cut. This is the original body that came on Losi 8e's when new. A little tight on the battery side, but running the battery leads to the outside of the battery, frees up room for the body to sit right. I'll be purchasing another for a custom paint job soon. Liquid Rc always ships fast and has the bling I need. Thanks.

Dissapointed!
I bought this for a 1/8th rc car and immediatelly noticed it was not near as strong as the specs say it was. It might have had 50 oz pull of strength "maybe". Rated at around 80#. Secondly the travel limit is very narrow. Especially for a Traxxas setup. A spectrum controller allows more movement since it can be "over driven". Short story is after testing for an hour, I immediatelly ordered a differant servo (Spektrum S605) to replace this new servo. It "might" be ok for a 1/10th scale. Waste of money.
