The jury is still out
I've been using for about two weeks, but sometimes I forget to use it twice a day as recommended so I can't tell if it's helping or not. When I ran out of my prescription medication one night and just used Restavin, I did not sleep at all. I will keep trying and will be more diligent to follow guidelines. While the taste is unusual, it's not so bad I could quit using. If necessary I follow the dose with iced water.
