I like it, though my key fob was dead
4 of 4 found this helpful I like the product which was a gen 1 version and very easy to install; however, the key fob didn't work. After being on hold for about 55 minutes with Quickset, I was finally able to speak to a human. After a while of speaking with him and going through all of the same troubleshooting steps I'd gone through before subjecting myself to nearly an hour of "on hold" torture music clearly designed to get the less resolute to hang up and the near constant interruptions by the automated voice affirming my importance, we finally determined that my fob was in fact dead. A new functioning one should arrive in the next two weeks.
