Nice Product for lighting in shaded area
Works well and the gives you more flexibility in placing the lights when the solar panel can be moved to better lighting.

Caulk like as opposed to concrete texture
Hard to say. Really didn’t know what to expect. This is an epoxy - more like caulking than concrete filling. Will see how it works as this is on a pool deck.
