I've been using this product for years and it seems to provide all the nutrients that my body needs. It's more than a multivitamin. It contains whole food phytoalgae,essential fatty acid blend, bioflavonoid complex, fiber complex,whole food wellness complex,whole food anioxidants, whole food amino acid complex,whole food enzymes.neurosyn (ginkgo biloba leaf, ginseng, mineral complex, cholorphyll (from spirulina), carotenoids, lutein, boron & octacosanol. It was recommended to me by someone in a health food store years ago. It is the basis of my vitamin regime. it is harder to find it at a good price lately.
