Excellent Replacement for deteriorated original
This "stopper" worked perfectly to replace the deteriorated original on my brake pedal. The stopper pushes the brake light switch to "off". Fairly easy replacement once I searched internet. Simply push brake pedal down as far as you can by wedging a pipe or dowel or wooden stick between seat and pedal. With one hand, push the brake light switch in. With the other hand, slide the stopper into place (it will seat itself in the hole on the brake pedal). Once in place, pull the brake pedal back into "off" position. The button on the stopper will pop right into the hole on the pedal. A little frustrating, but only took 5 minutes.
