Advertised as refurb but it's used junk

While these printers are cheap, they are advertised as being refurbished which they are not. They are not even cleaned. Ordered 2, both arrived full of used toner covering the inside and outside of the printer. One arrived with broken parts and was not usable. At the price, they make good parts printers but do not expect to use them out of the box as functioning printers. They use stock HP catalog photographs for new printers in their listings. It's not what you'll be receiving.
