Can have side effects.

Even though it is claimed that it is a different calcium source, it still has side effects like constipation just as cheaper regular calcium products can have. Particularly I was taking three tablets a day (the recommended dosage) for a week plus your normal intake of calcium from other food sources which might have triggered too much calcium for my body. I tried dropping to two a day for several days and then to one a day for the next few days, but still had problems. I purchased this product because it had the additional supplements that are needed for absorption which was a plus but not worth it considering the consequences. I did not have problems (constipation) like this before taking this supplement nor do I now that I have stopped it.
