My second EXACT backpack
Yes, it's THAT good. I was given one as a gift four years ago, and I have used it everyday since. Because I travel several times each month, my first started to look a little worn. It was still functional but I wanted a new one, It was SO good that I ordered another one just like it.

Poor Quality!
I have only used this for a couple of weeks, and it is already tearing at the seams. There are better ones available for similar costs.

Great Innovation
2 of 2 found this helpful I switched from greased pans and Teflon to parchment paper several years ago. These are even better than that! They can be cut to fit certain cookie sheets or pans and provide a great fat free and nonstick cooking surface. They rinse of without any issues, so they can be used over and over again. A couple of things I needed to adjust to: oils inside the food discolor the copper as you bake, and food moisture/oil does sweat through the mats.
