ecobee3
I owned a Nest thermostat (a good product) and in my opinion the ecobee3 is a better product. Mostly because of the way the Hold feature works. The Nest will only hold until the next programmed event. The ecobee3 will hold forever. So, If I desire, I can put the ecobee3 on one setting and it stays until I change it. I can also use IFTTT to resume the program automatically in case I forget. With IFTTT I choose when to resume. In my case I typically set resume to happen just before bedtime. The other neat feature with ecobee3 is that I can set the fan to run x number of minutes per hour. This really helps keep the air temperature uniform throughout the house. The ecobee3 is easy to install and setup.

Klingon Cruiser Model Kit
The model kit box is a little beat up but still sealed. I'm very happy to have found this item for such a good price.
