  As described, this was sealed and at first it worked, although the batteries didn't hold a charge for as long as specified on the packaging (only lasted about 2 hours, not the advertised 20). However, now it doesn't charge at all. I can't complain since it was sealed but this ended up to be a useless purchase of $16 with the shipping.
