I wish I had the forethought to purchase this at 40!

A few years ago, I retired from a fantastic career as a maintenance repairman. I am 66 years young, and not ready to give up the ghost. I have become aware that I am having more pain in a shoulder, making it all but unbearable to raise my arm above my chest. Now, I am and have been on a ton of meds already, and not wanting another, I tried a chiropractor. This seemed to help, but only for a day of two, then the pain would return. I did not have any pain before retirement, so I figured if I could get some physical activity to 'work it out'. Now, I have no intention of becoming a body builder, or any of the other names jokingly bestowed by (now former)friends and family. I chose this PR 1000 solely because I do not want the noise of weights clanging. (Nothing must interrupt my satellite radio). I will just say this: I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I have partially regained the use of my arm and shoulder so far and have the utmost confidence that with continued use, I will regain total use. I have noticed a difference with other joints and muscles as well. I would recommend this to anyone 40 or more years of age.

I prefer these of ANY other brand! Just too bad they are so hard to find, get! I discovered them in the early 70's and have been using them ever since. I don't use near as many as I used before retirement, but they are still my preference! John Smith (Yes, that's my real name!)
