It's always a gamble getting an open box. This 407C was in perfect condition. Couldn't even tell that anyone had ever touched it. Works great.

Seems to work well. A few things I didn't realize were that it had so many extra buttons and I thought it took AA batteries. There is an internal battery that needs to be changed. The manual is in Chinese only.
