Still a Go To Base and Foundation
I’ve been using this for many years. The formula seemed to change a year or so ago, but I’ve not found a better product. Before it changed, I would have given it a five plus! Now, it can be a bit cakey, but put a little Cerve in the mix and that isn’t a huge negative. It is my base and foundation.
