As the title shows I love this little 12 v. it’s size allows it to go into places where my 20v desalt cannot. My coworkers make fun of me for my little 12v but I don’t care it does everything I need it to do

Love them

I had trouble with the silicone comfort tips they wouldn’t stay put for me. If you have this problem go to comply and try their extended listening tips for the freedom and freedom 2 they work with the run I use the small and these fit great just hold the earbud fo ten seconds and they will stay in place forever. The fins were the right ones for me right out of the box. Jaybird I love these love the app I highly recommend these.

Horrible!!

I only give this product 2 stars because it is very light weight and its design is truly amazing. But I have to speak my mind. When i tried every combination of tips even comply tips these are super uncomfortable i had to really insert these into my ears to the point i had to remove them because they started to hurt. the design of these is seriously flawed. While the design of the special grooves on the outside of the rectangular body may look nice its what drew me to this product. They do not hold on to my ears at all. I think this company only tested these on one man and one woman and said hey its a one size fits all but NEWS FLASH THEY AIN'T!!!!!! returning after just 3 days they have been in the box for most of them
