Not compatible with GoPro Hero8 as advertised.
1 of 1 found this helpful It was not at all compatible with the GoPro 8. I charged the battery in the camera, which seemed to go normally, but when I tried to turn the camera on, nothing. Same for the second battery I purchased. The numbers on the battery are different than the one I got with my camera, and it is shaped slightly differently. I'm guessing that if it had worked, the capacity would have been crap.
