Left My Hair Dull
I used this shampoo/conditioner set for a full week after purchase, and...I very much dislike it. It left my hair body-less and dull and limp. My hair has looked better after using grocery-store-purchased shampoo/conditioner. I like other Redken products, but I wouldn't ever buy this particular one again.

Congealed, nasty --- Not regular product.
I've been buying Elizabeth Arden "Visible Difference" from department stores for years, lately from Marshall's at a discount. When Marshall's stopped carrying it, I turned to online... This seller's "Visible Difference" was disgusting. The usual creamy texture was congealed, like hard yoghurt. Old? Once frozen or exposed to the elements? Not right.

Terrible product!
I've used for about 3 wks now and my hair is actually falling out! Shampoo feels harsh, hair looks dull after using. Terrible product!
