Do you really want to know how present day medicine/pharmaceuticals are damaging you health?
Highly recommend to anyone that is curious about alternative treatments vs. standard care on dozens of health crisis.
I've been fortunate to grow up with a Mother who was always experimenting on natural cures & as an adult, surrounded by nurses and medical personnel who have seen the damage pharmaceuticals have done.
The authors fully explain conditions and treatments, some I already use.

Fast & easy to use
Made my saggy mattress like new again. Was easy to put together & I used duck tape to keep it in place before shoving it under the mattress.
It's been in place now for over 3 weeks & hasn't moved around at all.
