IT WON'T EVEN LOAD!!

It won't load the game, when it shows the logo and theres fog, IT JUST FREEZES MY XBOX! Ive done everything, clean it, restart my xbox, and even cleared cache on my xbox, BUT NOTHING WORKED! IT HAD SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT AS WELL!
