  Seller was an amazing person to do business with from the point of sell to the delivery time. Unfortunately the items arrived all broken and damaged at best. None are safely available to use. I have shared pictures with seller and requested a full refund from this sale. I have encouraged seller to file a claim with shipping company. I fully understand the condition the items arrived was not sellers fault. And I truest he/she will refund me 100%

  Items that I ordered were received in a timely fashion and packaged very well. Both trees are beautiful. One has been broken and repaired previously, which would have been good to know in the description, but the crack is small and not very noticeable. The seller offered a great price in conjunction with another item, so I'm happy with the purchase!

  It was raining and snowing when the wallpaper was delivered. I was panicked when I got home thinking I was going to open up a box of paper pulp. The exterior box was soaked . The paper was so well wrapped not one drop of water was on it -not one !

  Car was not packed well, shifted in shipping causing damage, asked for a refund was offered 10dollars after paying 16+ for shipping. I'll keep the broken car and display it just fine. Happy holidays.
