Wrong size
It’s too short for the bicycle that I needed it for. This is the problem with buying things online that you can’t see. The cable appears to be good quality it’s just not the one for my bike.

Good product I just got a bad one.
One of the welds were broken. I have to have it welded. I had a basket set like this for years and I like them very much. I believe that I just got a bad one. It becomes a permanent fixture of the bike and can’t be removed easily when installed with locktite. I like the black coating better it doesn’t mark anything. They have made these baskets for years. They should be good. But no one is perfect. They are still the best alternative available. A lot of work goes into the manufacturing of these baskets.
