Not that great
The sensitivity of this PIR is very poor. You have to be in front of it for quite a few seconds (5 -10) before it will respond, however, once it's picked up on you it will keep the lights on no matter where you are in its field of detection (i.e. 360 degrees). The quality of the materials used in the construction seem very good and strong, but the lack of a earth terminal is in my opinion is a poor choice by the manufactures, especially when they supply a second terminal for a return neutral.

Better than Hospital issue
Much more comfortable than the eye patch the hospital issued. It's still difficult to get a comfortable position were the strap does not interfere with my good eye, and the adjustment buckle could be in a better place so its not pressing into the forehead. But like I mention at the beginning, this is way better than the hospital issued hard flat piece of painful to wear rubbish.
