DW9700 XL
For drummers that need quick setup & breakdown, superlative heavy duty construction, easy configuration - dw9000 all the way, accept no substitutes. This XL may be a little more than what most people need, but if the price difference is only 20 bucks or so, its worth it, especially if you need the longer reach. I also hang toms and a remote hat off of these stands. (No compromises - 2 bass drums, the remote hat is the only way to position the foot pedal anywhere near the left pedal.)
