K1 Mark II is Great Buy
1 of 1 found this helpful This camera delivers great imagery and has an intuitive set of controls. There is a special mode dial that makes everything easily accessible. For lenses not designed for the full frame sensor, you simply put the camera into auto mode and the viewfinder will show where the camera sensor crops.

Sharp images with crisp colors and detail
I purchased this lens to replace another Pentax lens, the 16- 50mm DA lens which I found to be an underperformer, given its cost. The DA 17-70mm lens has performed well and is definitely an upgrade from the 16-50mm DA lens it replaced. The autofocus system does work well and only ocassionally misses its mark but is usually quick and responsive. The images this lens produces are crisp and very sharp especially when the lens is stopped down. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.
