Plates received were just as described and pictured in the listing and were well packed inside a plastic bag which was placed inside a stiff cardboard envelope. The receipt of plates as pictured, the care in packing them, and fast shipping and delivery made for an excellent purchasing experience. I am glad I made the purchase and my thanks to Joe.

Good product easy assembly
3 of 3 found this helpful The stairs go together real easy, but before you put it in the water make sure you put enough sand to weigh it down so it does not rise up and float. That is what happened to me, you need to make sure you put all 40 lbs before you put it in the water, if you try afterwords, it is difficult. Once you have enough ballast it will stay put! Good luck.
