True life of WW2 U.S. MERCHANT MARINES

This is the best movie Hollywood made of the U.S. MERCHANT MARINES during WW2. They made a lot of WAR MOVIES like MIDWAY, WAKE ISLAND ETC. But only 1 True Life of life in the MERCHANT MARINES. I was in the U.S.MERCHANT MARINES and later in the U.S. NAVY SPECIAL FORCES in NAM. I was a wiper, fire and water tender, oiler, LONGSHOREMAN also at 9 YEARS OLD I WORKED ON A FISHING TRAWLER. In the U.S. NAVY I was a gunner on a PBR LATER I was a DOOR GUNNER FOR THE SEAWOLVES HAL-3. MASTER CHIEF GUNNERS MATE GRANDPA JOE
