Expensive but works flawlessly.
PROS:
Went through 10 mags with no hiccups, right out of the box (actually, I added a little oil, just ‘cause I like to oil my guns). Cheap bulk ammo from Walmart.
CONS:
Seems about the same price as a good quality dedicated 22 pistol. Wish it would be cheaper.

Crappy quality & build
Pros:
Deserves at least one star instead of zero (if zero was an option), only because it's the only one I know of, with the clever feature combination of a bipod that deploys out of a foregrip, which also folds away horizontally.
2. Also, it's about $20 out-the-door, which I'm not sure if that's a pro, considering the cons.
Cons:
1. The spring-loaded screw that locks/unlocks the folding mechanism of the foregrip -- its threads got stripped after unscrewing once and operating it a few times. So the spring just shoots itself and the nut (unlock button) right back out of the assembly. I'm now using super-glue to hold it in place temporarily and anticipating the next time its projectile takes someone's eye out.
2. The picatinny mount is loose, at its tightest position. It was tighter in another rail, which might be the actual 20mm size the item calls for, but not being able to switch from rail to rail isn't very practical; you'd be forced to replace/modify rails for the gun you want it on. The convenience of quick mount/release is a nice concept, but this design, specifically, limits the amount of rails it fits, so the screw-tightening type would've been more useful. Especially if you don't expect to remove it often.
3. Even when the mount is tight on the right rail, there's still a rattly looseness within the grip itself, at the connection between the handle and the stationary rail base. Whatever it is that locks the handle in either position (vertical or horizontal) apparently doesn't lock it snug enough to keep it from rattling like a child's toy.
I do realize that it's $20 and I shouldn't expect quality, but when I have to superglue failing parts and I find so many flaws on the first day, I have to assume it's gonna end up in pieces when I'm actually shooting with it.. So I'll be back to report on that, too (how long it lasts).

Threads not matching
Title and description include model 1301, but threads were nowhere near the correct size/pitch.
