Item did arrive later than expected (orig delivery est 25th). Label was created (17th) but tracking did not start to update for at least 10 days. Not sure exactly where package went MIA but seller kept in contact offering refund if it didn't turn up soon. Tracking started to update (27th) a few days after she contacted the post office and item turned up eventually (31st). Overall I would user seller again.
