I would recommend this item for anyone requiring a low cost alternative for outside lighting.
Have purchased four of these units and have found no faults. Lamps were well packed and all arrived quickly.

quality strap cutter with possibly a small amount of mod.
Good price, well made and quick shipping. Now for the qualifier, the mortise that holds the guide jaws would only allow 12oz. I needed 16oz min. for gun belt material. Out came the coping saw and chisel to enlarge the mortise. Quick work and now I have plenty of space to strap even the thickest material. I recommend this tool if you only need to strap thinner leather or you are capable of elongating the bottom of the mortise.
