I would have clearly given him a refund upon original router not working but he told me no rush and I tried to resolve his problem professionally and respectfully , yesterday he text me that he having a problem and I'm currently away taking my daughter back to college and didn't have a moment to respond to him less then.

Good, modern, espresso kettle (Italian style?)
I haven't put the espresso maker pot on an electric burner, yet. Per following the instructions, i washed it with gentle detergent and rinsed it, and dried it with a cloth. ...
It looks really good. ..... I suppose it can make up to 9 espresso sized "cups"... I will test it further; but so far, looks like a excellent purchase.... Just have to trust that the safety pressure valve will function as designed; but i will be very careful so as to not depend on it :)
