Great for my situation.
My problem is a bit different, and it seems like Schumacher really doesn't care. I've emailed them and have not received a response. But, whatever. This is simply a battery (which they do not manufacture or design, a switch, which they may and two cables and a regular cigar socket all from China. However, it is a heavier duty starter than anything else I have found. And as I said my situation is different. I have a Hybrid. And it usually only takes this car two days to have a dead 12 volt battery, The book or owner's manual says 30, but it;s between 2 and 5, if the vehicle is stationary. All this starter has to do is power all the modules for about 10 seconds to help the car go. I say that because in a Hybrid, there is no starter motor, just the electric motor driven from the 300 volt Li-Po battery, which is also supposed to charge the 12 volt battery. So it's pretty easy for this to work. I have only used it once after the initial charge of 36 hours, and it still reads 100%. It's a pain, but better than nothing. It is easy, but as a disabled senior, all work is difficult for me, and this device is very heavy for me. But, it is better than pushing the car, which I have done as well. This absolutely does the job; hands down! Plenty of power, but I just don't know when to charge it because it really does not have to start an engine with that sudden burst of energy and there are no guidelines for a hybrid. So, I guess it's charge it on a monthly basis. All in all, it is still easier to keep a 112 volt plug in battery charger on the battery all the time. But that is impossible when on the road. This is a good helpful device when needed.

I really don't know why I bought it. I have many mp3 players that are about 1/23nd the size, 4 Palm Vs, 4 cell phones, and many electronic devices. This is really something unique. It has a 178 page manual and you really don’t need to use it because everything is just so easy. It takes a few days to get used to using it and to find out all the intricacy of this device. It is the very first apple product I have ever owned, and although I am not a good fan of Apple and its founders, I find it is a little bit better than Microsoft. They seem to want to shove things down your throat whether you want it or not. You do not get a “don’t shut off” message because it is updating your OS, they just seem to wait and get it done right before they release it. There is a scheduled update for their OS to 5, so I’ll wait that out and see what all the hoopla is going to be. As is, though, it took me a couple of days to begin to open files and download things from The Apple Store. They do make it very easy. I’m sure I’ll find a good reason to have it. It sure beats carrying a laptop around. All in all, I would have to give this a thumbs up. A nice package, a well lit careen and easy setup even though I am using WPA-PSK firmware on my network. It seems to handle all that with relative ease.

A nice small voice recorder. Never for music. Built-in auto start/stop saves time and wasted long silent periods. and fully automatic if set. Very easy to use. Plus full directions are online for the operation of this device are available to download. USB is a nice touch. Store as much as you can on a computer limited by hard drive space.
In short a versitile easy to use digital voice recorder with options.
