Good flashlight for the money. Seems to be well made. The three modes are good if that is what you want. Can`t find a flashlight with only "on/off" mode any more so this is close.

Ok for the price. Pretty easy to use. Don`t know how accurate but probably close enough. Cuff comes in large size only. Overall - good unit for the money.
