Heads Up.
Good quality overall. The adjustment for head size is easy to use and stays secure. It not a too square at the top but more rounded which fits better around ones head. I would buy it again.

Sharp and Fast.
I've had an earlier model many years ago and it's still working like a champ. This model is definitely an upgrade with the plastic side glide plates that control the angle of the sharpening as you pass the knife through them (of which is key for a sharp knife). I noticed the diamond grinding wheels #1 and #2 as well as, the honing wheel are all slightly larger of which I think is great. Makes quick work of getting virtually any knife large or small back into shape with a few strokes. I love it and highly recommend it.
I have many sharpening tools some costing in the hundreds, one kit slightly over $1,500 but is definitely made for the home user and a great outcome.
As a side note: Adding a leather strop with diamond paste is A MUST. This will take you knifes to the next level by removing all of the microscopic burrs... trust me on this.

They work really well.
1 of 1 found this helpful After using the thermometers, for slightly over a week, they work really well. However, for those probes that are not being they remain on (or so it seems) as they appear on the app as if they are simply consuming energy. I think the app has some corks but all in all I would recommend them for convenience, accuracy and a new way of having better control over your food. The holding block is solid. A thumb notch would be great on the block to allow you to pull out the metal leg stand a whole lot easier.
