Good, but not great.
This hoe is well made and does the job, one improvement would be if it were thicker metal making it a little heavier. It doesn't have the heft needed to cut through thick roots. Also the blade is not very sharp out of the box. Otherwise I'm very happy.

Not comfortable over long periods.
I tried the halo before this. It kept the sweat out as well or better but it started to dig in after 2 hours. I still got sweat in my eyes, maybe because I use it for cycling which is a little more 'head down' then other activities.
