Replaced new remote.
Replaced the new remote with this classic one to gain all the functions I needed.

Password reset tool
I ordered the drive and it arrived promptly, worked ok but I did have to play around with it some. I had an older XP that was secured with a Admin password and at first I thought I was going to have to call but upon closer reading of the instructions it appeared you had to follow the instructions for Win-7 reset which worked fine. All -in-all I would recommend it.

Learning Curve
Product arrived OK and quickly. I'm amazed how different the 2007 version is from my old 2000 version. (I like the older version better but it wasn't working properly on my W10 machine.
