Not in stores anymore
I was very pleased to have found this product after looking for it unsuccessfully in every store around me.

A real pain!
Even though the price was decent for a Dyson compared to other sites and vendors, this model is a REAL pain, the filters have to be CONSTANTLY washed even though it recommends to do it once a month, but if you don't do it once a week, the thing overheats and refused to work!! It is also a pain to unclogged the internal pipes which get clogged with ridiculously small things! I thought the ads said that it doesn't loose suction, well, let me tell you that it doesn't have much power and my carpeted areas are very small. Dyson customer service is a joke also. I would NOT recommend this product at all.
