Used
It was used, but was ok. It had some scratches on the knobs, however I was able to use my old knobs. Some connectors did not fit my truck. That was ok too, I just used my old parts. If you order this kind of item make sure you keep parts from your broken item. Take off what you can just in case. This turned out to be a very good buy for me.

Different
Not what I expected. Purchase a similar item a year ago and it was better. The scrubbing portion is not that good.
