Great scratcher great price
On time. Great scratcher. 12 was overkill but then I would have been glad to pay $10 for two.

Watch out lifting the motherboard connector
I thought about rating this product lower but it didn't deserve my mistake. It didn't come with a recommendation of a video so I found one on youtube. However the video was not well filmed in parts and didn't have a very good closeup of lifting the original battery connector from the motherboard. Also no words to use extreme caution while using their tool to lift the connector. It turns out only the white tab lifts the connector and your little screwdriver is slightly larger than the tab so you have to use only a corner of the screwdriver to lift the connector. Since it is very fragile it took no effort to crack the connector in half thus trashing the motherboard. Oh well. Even though I was an engineer for 30 years I never had come across the newer cheaper more fragile connector.
