Brit pop meet Motown
What can you say about 4 legends coming together to put out 1 album and 1 tour that inspired so many others. This CD has the pop stylings of "teacher Teacher" to boogie woogie sounds of "Play That Fast Thing (One More Time)" to the anthemics "When I Write the Book". A difinite gem and a must have for the pop or rockabilly fan of the 80's.

Greatest UO ever!
Another great album from the midwest. This CD is definately the best effort from U.O. Although they have many other great tracks and other CDs, this CD is one great song after another. Crissy Hinde from the Pretenders has this CD on her top 10 list and it's easy to see why! If I had to describe the sound, I'd say it's got a post grunge feel to it. Very guitar driven music and they shift from alternative rock to a Lenny Cravits style of funk rock to melodic melow tunes like 90210. From positive Bleeding, Nite and Grey, Sister Havanna, to Dropout, this CD is pound for pound a must have!

All the Blasters you'll ever need!
1 of 1 found this helpful If you're a fan of rockabilly or even psychobilly, this CD is a volume of roots rock for the current scene. One of the most influencial bands from the neo rock and roll era of the 80's, this CD and the booklet chronicle the SoCal rock and roll scene. From their first album and songs like Marie Marie and American Music, to later hits like Dark night, from the movie "From Dusk 'Til Dawn" this CD set has them all and more! Previously unreleased tracks and live songs this is the perfect CD for the Blasters or Rockabilly fan with vinyl and a need for discs...
