No quality control.
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed this part , this power supply supposedly was new. It looked new but it had broken plastic parts moving around inside the housing. Since I could not wait another week I removed the plastic pieces and hope they aren't crucial for the operation. So far so good. But where was quality control before it shipped.
