Blue birds love them
I've used these in Ohio and now in North Carolina the blue birds know how to enter my home made feeder, blue bird size hole on either side with two clear panes on the other sides. It's amusing to see the adults go in the feeder and fly right to the bird house to feed the young and after the young leave the nest they still wait for their parent to get the worms from the feeder to feed them. We have had as many as 12 blue birds around the feeder in the winter taking turns at the free feast.

Novel but fragile
I have had two other chrome four bladed covers, they stick out a bit so they do get booken. This one is different (good) looking, doesn't spin as freely as rhe others that have a metal shaft. This one has a larger plastic shaft (can't rust) so there is the difference. Over all it looks good draws comments starts people talking!
