Don't hesitate to buy refurbished items.

The product looks new out-of-the box. It was easy to set-up from a hardware standpoint. Connect the coax cable, connect the ethernet cable, and power. I did a factory reset before attempting to register the device. That's the easy part. Following the directions provided in the documentation, I connected to the cable company.through a browser. Do read the documents before you start. Well, I tried to connect. It appeared the connection was not stable. After multiple attempts, This process is bona fide stupid on behalf of the cable company. I had to call the cable company to activate and register the modem. That's an adventure. After struggling with the language barrier, I got it working. It's been reliable so far. It's been less than a month. I'm using an old router and need to upgrade. I will purchase it from this seller. Prompt shipping and processing. Don't hesitate to buy refurbished items. You'll help save a small piece of the planet and save money in the proces.

Skeptic convinced! It works.

Sometimes you buy a product with a great deal of skepticism. This is one of those products. Is it that good? As they say, the proof is in the pudding. This stuff works. My wife has a small fan she uses in the summer to keep a bit cooler. Arizona gets a bit warm. The fan, even after a good cleaning, was making cricket noises. It's an old fan. What did I have to lose by trying the product. Nada. Nothing. I told my wife that two drops would solve her problem. A slight exaggeration on my part because it took a bit more than two drops. I ran the fan on all three speeds to test and move the lubricant around in the fan motor. It didn't seem to work at first. Over time the fan started to quiet. After running it for several minutes, I concluded that it was good enough. I put the fan back in place. My wife told me the fan is whisper quiet and seems to move even more air than before on the low speed. The good news - no more crickets. They are silent. I intended to use the oil on a model train. It's stored away at the moment. Try it. It works. You might say I've become a "fan!"
