Best of the current caffeine products
I'm a regular caffeine user but I don't drink much coffee, so I need a
reliable substitute. Natrol fills the bill. It's the best caffeine tablet I've found since the disappearance of No-Doze.

Better than Natrol
This is a good product. Compared to Natrol caffeine supplements, which I used until they recently disappeared, I'd say that California Essentials are slightly stronger and last longer. CE's "bump" takes me 15-20 minutes deeper into a stetching/lifting workout. I'll buy it again.

Your fingers work just as well.
This tool is no more effective than your own hands. It lacks/needs a simple locking mechanism to hold the grip on the spring bar while the operator places it between the lugs. Back to the drawing board.
