Works but not an exact OEM replacement - a poor fit
Bought this to replace Admiral fridge with OEM P/N 52881-45. Info said that this part was a replacement for OEM Cold Control P/N 52881-45 but it was a very poor fit. Was only able to fasten with one screw and the orientation of the mounting bracket was 90 degrees off (perpendicular). Also the mounting bracket was higher so the temp control knob would not reach the control post. So I had to flatten the bracket to be able to engage the knob. This made the screw holes not fit and had to brace it with one screw. After all that alteration working carefully not to damage the part, it did work. A lot of time wasted in trying to fit the part into its location.
