A classic model kit
The Smer 1/48 scale Fiat CR 32 Freccia is a lovely old kit which is neither by Smer nor in 1/48 scale. It's a re-pop of the old, old kit from Artiplast and the scale is actually 1/50. The kit, being so venerable (early 1960's I think), is a tad crude by today's standards but it's still very definitely a CR 32 and, if you love nostalgia modelling as I do, and you have the patience (and experience, skills, tools, etc.!), then you'll have a lot of fun building it. Enjoy!

A golden oldie and lots of fun!
The Frog model kit of the Me-410 Hornet in 1/72 scale, first released in 1966, is a wonderful old kit if you happen to like the "classics". Of course, it does not compare to the much more accurate and highly detailed models of today but for those of us who were active during the "golden age" of the hobby, a kit like this brings back many happy memories.

Great kit; lots of fun!
The Revell 1/32 kit of the Bristol Beaufighter is really quite basic in terms of detail but accurate in overall dimensions, shape and look. The kit allows for lots of scratch-building and super-detailing and, because of its size, will look very impressive on the shelf. If 1/32 is your scale and WW II (and postwar) is your interest, then I think the Beaufighter is a must-have!
