The Latitude D430 is the best kept secret among used laptops.
Because of its size & weight, I've been using a D420 when travelling and traded up to a D430 for faster processing speed. Plenty of power for emails, web, and Office apps. Lightweight with decent battery life for layovers. Definitely recommend this model with 2GB and 80GB HDD along with an extended life battery....you'll be all set with everything you need.

Small & Spunky!
I've had this for over a year and I love it. Easy to operate, compact enough to carry in a pocket, great pics and great price! It's a "take anywhere" camera that works just fine in low or bright lights, inside and out. LCD display is a bit small (1.5") but it previews pics crisply. I've compared my pics to my father-in-law's $400, 7.1 megapixel and it's hard to tell any significant difference. For the beginner, the traveller, or for someone who wants a simple digital to keep handy, this is it.
My wife needed a laptop to replace an antiquated HP. She didn't want to spend $$$ on a new one so I picked up this DELL Latitude E4300 for a decent price. Since arriving a couple weeks ago, this machine has performed admirably. Boots fast and glides through programs flawlessly. !3.3" screen is adequate for documents, emails, & web browsing. Size & weight make this pretty portable. While it's 6+ years old, it performs nicely as long as you're not a gamer or designer. Overall, solid laptop.
